Return Policy

At Pakstores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
• Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@kitchenessentials.pk or call 0300-1234567
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
3. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1-2 business days
4. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RA number clearly marked
5. Ship to Us: Send the package to our return address provided in the RA email

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

• The item received was defective or damaged
• We shipped the wrong item
• The return is due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over Rs 5,000.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

• Notify you via email within 2-3 business days of receipt
• Process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Send a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Refund Methods

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method:

• JazzCash: Refunded to your JazzCash account within 24-48 hours
• EasyPaisa: Refunded to your EasyPaisa account within 24-48 hours

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

• Follow the return process above
• Place a new order for the desired item
• We will process your refund once the returned item is received

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• We will arrange for pickup and send a replacement or full refund

Warranty Information

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Please check individual product pages for warranty details. Warranty claims for manufacturing defects can be made directly through our customer service.
